Remote Consultation Requirements

Working in partnership with AXA PP Healthcare, we developed a Digital Health Platform to enable Consultants to have video and audio appointments with patients, whilst capturing key patient information for referrals to satisfy the following 3 User Cases.
We developed a solution to enable the AXA team to book and manage consultations for patients with their consultant. During the
COVID-19 period there was a severe back log of consultations that were unable to be fulfilled due to restricted hospital access. AXA
still required the ability to provide a healthcare solution for the patients giving them access to highly trained Medical Professionals.

AXA required a Digital Health Platform that would allow patients to book directly, providing the opportunity to have a video
consultation and be triaged in order to reduce the number of hospital appointments required (significantly reducing cost and
